Added Logout, getUuid and calculating distance between geopoints

Added 3 actions to the community commons.

• logout functionality which you can put into a microflow.
• Get uuid functionality which returns a type 4 uuid.
• Calculate distance between 2 geopoints. Enter latitude and longitude of two points you want to compare. Also uses a constant in which you need to enter earth radius. The output format is determined by this value. Say you want to output the distance in meters, you enter the radius of the earth in meters. Need it in miles? Configure the constant to be the radius of the earth in miles.

Test scenarios have been added to the mendix example project for all three actions.

Hey @JaapvanLeeuwen, thanks for your efforts to make CommunityCommons better. As explained by @atennapel, we currently cannot accept contributions that extend the functionality of this module. However, we encourage you to publish and maintain your own module on the Mendix marketplace with this new functionality instead!
