The buttons in the main-toolbar do not have titles and so their function is not clear #9

The main-toolbars build custom widget and show/hide panel buttons do not have a title attribute.

This means that there is no description when they're hovered over as with other buttons (eg. the extension manager).

Without them you have to guess what the buttons do.
