Enable sql highlighting for new actions #20

  1. Upgraded to unofficial 8.8.0
  2. Added "deprecated" to the old actions' toolbox names
  3. Enabled syntax highlighting for new actions

I'll approve and merge them for now. If there's a new RC I'll update with a new PR.
