[WTF-1935] Allow default values for client actions #8273

Action properties can have default values now. That is done by setting the defaultType and defaultValue attributes in Pluggable Widget API. Documentation needs to be updated to reflect this change. The change will be introduced in the coming Mendix 10.15 release
