Added option for using Dynamic Series, Responsive UI, and bug fixes #7

New features to the charts to have the ability to use dynamic series. Based on a reference series can automatically be created.

Also when using a percentage as the size of the widget (new feature), the charts are automatically responsive and will resize when the browser is resized.

Also contains several bug fixes.
