Pressing Ctrl+Alt on keyboard offers to suspend TalkBack #334

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect a keyboard.
2. With TalkBack running, press Ctrl and Alt together.
3. The Suspend TalkBack dialog appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The suspend dialog should not be shown. This command was intended to be invoked 
with Ctrl+Alt+Z.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

TalkBack 3.5 on Android 4.3 and 4.4

Please provide any additional information below.

I have attached a patch which fixes this problem, and should allow other key 
commands to be added in the future. Patch applies to TalkBack 3.4, since that 
is the latest source available.

LGTM.

Thanks for the patch!  This has missed the cut for our 3.5.1 release, but will 
go out with the following launch.
