On-click is not supported #15

On click allows for example a bar of the bar chart to be clicked and as a
result either a js function is called or a url is opened.

Actually seems the latest release of OFC2 does not contain on-click either,
but I needed it and I downloaded the version from http://www.ofc2dz.com/
and I assume the feature will be someday in the official OFC2 too.

I will attach the patch, even though it is not more that get/setOnClick to
Element.
