Infinite loop when two BlackboardCondition fire at once #4

Hi, :)

Unfortunately, I got no time to investigate it more. But I am sure I did something wrong.

I have something like this :

new BlackboardCondition (Attacking.SHOULD_ATTACK, Operator.IS_SET, true, Stops.BOTH,
new Repeater (
    new Succeeder (
        new Sequence (
                new Attacking(Entity),
                new Idle(Entity, Idle.Duration.Short)
            )
        )
    )

new BlackboardCondition (Alerted.SHOULD_ALERT, Operator.IS_SET, true, Stops.BOTH,

    new Alerted(Entity)
)
),

and in update :

in a certain point, Unity Editor crash through debug, I found an infinite loop I think it is related to : DoParentCompositeStopped

But I am not sure about it,,,

will dig into it more, but thought to ask,

Hmmm your BaseAction looks good, assuming you're not trigger any traversals in OnExit or OnTick implementation.

DoParentCompositeStopped should not be of your concern, as you are not leaving any pending observers registered when your BaseAction is not active - it's primarly used by BlackboardCondition decorators.

Could you please attach a Stacktrace?

for the first trace it seams that having never any delay in the "Repeater" subbranch is causing it to recurse endlesly. Probably we should change the repeater implementation, so that it will wait one frame before it repeats execution of the subbranch. You could check if this theory is correct by just preceeding a short Wait-Node as a first node the sequence in the repeater.

For the Second and Third trace, it's hard to tell as I don't see the actual behavior tree.

Combining Repeater with Wait-Node worked well,

For the other issue, let me prepare it and post all the related code. Currently I am having some problems with Unity ( crashing all the time )
