deprecate THEMATIC_COMPATIBLE_FEEDLINKS #153

i don't think there is a way to advise people that a constant has been 
deprecated, but this should handle everything else.  as a step-down, i'd left a 
check that if the constant is true, then it will trigger add_theme_support for 
thematic_legacy_feedlinks

i made a branch for this too.... (fixed a bug in my patch).  only thing i 
wasn't sure about was whether to move it to the deprecated file
