svn checkout fails on Windows #199

There are some filenames that are incompatible with Windows in the svn repo 
which makes it impossible to fully check out. The following script will rename 
incompatible filenames:

Note, functionality or names of snippets within TextMate will not be affected 
by renaming the files. Once these renames have been done and committed back to 
the repo, Windows users should be able to checkout.
