404 Not Found when accessing a display on its pretty permalink, in fresh Foyer installs #19

Viewing a display on its pretty permalink, eg. http://demo.foyer.tv/foyer/display-above-bar/, results in a 404 Not Found, in websites where Foyer is freshly installed. As soon as other plugins are installed, customizer is used, or WordPress settings are saved, the display pretty permalink suddenly work.

Cause: Rewrite rules are not flushed at plugin activation / update.
