Settings should update without loosing changes when upgrading TLCGen to new version #43

The current version does not facilitate a version upgrade with regard to settings. This can cause unexpected behaviour while generating code. The program should allow upgrading to a new version without loosing changes to existing settings, while also adding new settings.
