help table is scrollable in y axis #118

Fixes #117.

@lirsacc I see we have the help table overlay had height: 110% here - I changed it to 100% which feels more correct. Is there a good reason for it to be 110%?

No reason that I know of, doesn't do anything when changed in dev tools so I guess a typo which remained...
