Right click issue #19

There seems to be a confusion between single right click and drag (using right click). It might be annoying to see context menu pop-up after right-click dragging :-)

Ok @jacksoncsy I think this should be fixed now! Can you confirm it's fixed for you?

Sorry, just saw it. I haven't started using the new annotation tool. Will let you know when I start.
