landmark correction mode #79

When editing an existing set of landmarks the drag to move technique, whilst easier to understand, is actually quite slow. It would be better if we could just click and the nearest point to the mouse be snapped to where I tapped.

Firstly this mode should be implemented. Secondly it should be possible to in some way move between these modes.

Implemented as snap mode in v1.5.0.
