Summary

This pull request isolates the staff service

Details

The code was migrated to TypeScript and a separate folder was created.
Endpoints are running given the roles are assigned properly and tests are running too.
Isolated staff service to run independently as microservice.

Testing

Implemented unit tests using Jest and Supertest for endpoint validation.
Conducted manual testing using Postman to verify endpoint functionality and security.
