INTRO

The purpose of this article is to detail the functions and purposes of the oven, still, electrolytic chamber and kiln. Collectively, these machines account for the chemical and physical processing not conducted by the chemical reactor. Though the functions performed by these machines could conceivably be done at the chemical reactor by dividing them up we will enable users to do things more efficiently by not always having to rely on the expensive and more lag intensive chemical reactor.

DETAILS

.10 water barrel = brine barrel AND 9 empty barrels

IIX.electrolytic chamber "A machine that uses a direct feed of electricity to crack liquids into various gasses and/or seperate them from solids. Uses tremendous amounts of energy." A.GUI 1.3x3 input and output grids, completion bar and (optional) internal storage tank for liquids B.design 1.single block machine 2.has 7 modes that determine power consumption and reaction speed a.listed reactions are the slowest mode available b.each mode above the slowest doubles energy consumption and halves reaction times c.to switch between modes the block can be placed in a crafting grid and the output will make another block -electrolytic chamber->electrolytic chamber x2->electrolytic chamber x4->electrolytic chamber x8->electrolytic chamber x16->electrolytic chamber x32->electrolytic chamber x64->electrolytic chamber -"x2", "x4", etc is the multiplier, so a electrolytic chamber x64 would use 64 times more energy and finish 64 times faster C.reactions

1.electrolyze water a.uses 1 barrel of water and 3 empty gas tanks b.lowest mode uses 800 kw and takes 60 minutes to produce -1 hydrogen tank -1 oxygen tank -1 inert gas tank -1 brine barrel

2.electrolyze brine a.uses 1 brine barrel and 2 empty gas tanks b.lowest mode uses 800 kw and takes 60 minutes to produce -1 chlorine gas tank -1 hydrogen tank -1 units of sodium hydroxide (lye) -1 units of potassium chloride -1 empty barrel

3.electrolyze sulfuric acid a.uses 1 barrel of sulfuric acid b.lowest mode uses 800 kw and takes 60 minutes to produce -1 hydrogen peroxide barrel

4.electrolyze potassium chloride a.uses potassium chloride and 1 water barrel and 2 empty tanks b.lowest mode uses 800 kw and takes 60 minutes to produce -1 hydrogen tank -1 chlorine tank -potassium hydroxide -1 empty barrel

REVISION 1 -finished adding recipes -fixed up the electrolytic chamber and added multiple modes. note that the previous figures on cracking water were ridiculously OP as a result of really bad math. fixed now
