The scanner dialog windows have some UI problems #4

  1. The dialog window has no drop shadow the way the other anki windows do, so it looks kinda weird especially when its sitting on top of other things
  2. The dialog window captures the anki UI thread or something, so you cant move it around separately from the main anki windows which is pretty annoying.
