Proposal Status component not updating #155

Description

There are a few status update issues with the Proposal Status component

  1. When a user votes, the voting progress bar doesn't immediately update when a user votes, only after a refresh.
  2. The *Majority Supports checkbox isn't correctly reflecting the quorum reached status. We should verify, but from my understanding, if quorum reached is true, the Majority Supports** checkbox should be checked.
