chore: change license to MIT and add repository to package.json #14

Description

This changes the license of the repo from GPL3 to MIT and also adds the repo's URL to the package.json so that it shows up on the npm page.

Other changes

Removed a TODO from the readme so that it doesn't show up on the npm page as we already have an issue tracked to do it soon.
