Asset selection resets to default after navigating backwards in the swap process #90

Description

Currently, when using the 'back' button on the swap confirmation step, the selected assets revert to the default selection. Swap asset selection should remain consistent throughout the swapping process unless explicitly changed.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Asset selection should persist when navigating throughout the swapping process unless the page is refreshed or the user changes the assets
