Add some new options -> Hardsub a video (mkv to mp4), changing video encoders. #4

  1. Hardsubbing a video would be nice since Gdrive-index does not support viewing ass subs online.
  2. Changing video encoders might be useful since ffmpeg is widely used for this purpose too.
