add model to Hugging Face #15

Hi thanks for merging PR for the web demo on Hugging Face https://github.com/menyifang/DCT-Net/pull/14, would you also be interested in adding the model to huggingface, you can see the guide for this here: https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/models-uploading

Hello @AK391 and @NimaBoscarino we're gearing up to launch a new project soon, and we're looking to include a web demo on Hugging Face. But GPU resource is needed and could hugging face support this? Here's some information related to the new work.
