- Add CONTRIBUTING.md to inform community how to contribute (see here for more info)
- Make coding standards clear in README.md or CONTRIBUTING.md i.e., linting, naming conventions etc.
- include a code of conduct
- Specify what level of support (if any) you offer to users/devs
