Link to doc #41

In the readme, the link goes to the API part of the doc, which is empty. Maybe change the link?

I think the issue was more in the generation of the docs (the change to rtd needed some custom configuration settings). Now that the API part of the doc is well populated, I would say keeping the link as it is is fine.
