Update to be compatible with Visual Studio Code - insiders #3

When I try to install I get the following error:

Regular VS code

Can't install 'meouwu.css-var-color-decorator' extension because it is not compatible with the current version of Visual Studio Code (version 1.71.0).

Insiders 

Can't install 'meouwu.css-var-color-decorator' extension because it is not compatible with the current version of Visual Studio Code - Insiders (version 1.82.0-insider).

Is there anything you can do to make it compatible with this latest version? As far as I can tell this is the only extension that works with HSL channels. Thank you for making this!
