word dups #92

I noticed a double word in a recent puzzle.  First time I've ever seen that!  
I've enclosed a picture showing the problem.  Notice the upper right hand 
corner with the two "D"s.  There are two words for "COLD" in the puzzle ending 
on those two letters.

You might have a small error in your algorithm that checks for dup words...
