gps.h now has AGpsStatus_v3 thus it seems we need to define GEOCLUE_ANDROID_GPS_INTERFACE == 3

The GEOCLUE_ANDROID_GPS_INTERFACE == 2 is actually using AGpsStatus_v3.

Android 4-7 are supported now.
