Don't mount /home during init. #28

This will happen later in the system startup process after the user has been prompted to enter a passcode to unlock the home partition if it is encrypted. If it is not encrypted then mounting home will just happen later in the system startup process.

For info I've been using adenexter's PR #19 on my Jolla C without problems for the last couple of days. This looks functionally identical, and so FWIW looks good to me.

Yeah, I was first trying to merge his pr, but fixed some comments so made new PR.

I took @mkosola's whitespace and text fixes and changed the author back to @adenexter to retain attribution. Fix pushed to this PR.
