The hwcomposer v10 backend can deadlock when setting an ambience theme in jolla-gallery, as it is waiting for the signal to continue the swapping.

LGTM, and no pose for sbj et al. regressions, as it's the hwc-1.0

Looks good to me as far as i can see, but i don't really know that code.

Seems like maguro is the only consumer of the hwc 1.0 backend, and it's guaranteed to work there.
