Run without docker, e.g. in a virtualenv #2

Currently you have to use docker to run this.

In order to make native version work, we could provide virtualenv instructions, e.g.:

pip install -r requirements.txt
install pip install tensorflow==1.12.0
change paths from /data
PYTHONPATH needs to be set correctly
Make sure everything runs by running pytest

Note that we haven't tested this yet.

Sorry, I am afraid this issue was not addressed yet. It is currently not planned to do by us actively, but we are happy if somebody wants to contribute this feature
