Add option to download installer/license from server
Update molecule to use download option instead of messy copy script
Update vars to work with both copy/download
Also adding compose to the molecule docker image so that it was able to work with the mongo replica set molecule tests
Remove travis env vars for db2 and use dummy auth vars instead

resolves #14

@romakarol you can add your review and then if Travis passes the pr will automatically get merged, no need to wait for Travis
