most content are copied from Andrey's fork.

sanity checking and molecule test are in main.yml; in release, just push to galaxy push to galaxy is commented out now.

BTW, can some one update the secret GALAXY_TOKEN , if you know the value of it. Pass here: https://github.com/IBM/spm-middleware/actions/runs/1385877652

is main.yml and release.yml identical except for the branch part ? can we not just have certain sections of the script only run on main branch like we do with travis.yml ?
