Parameterize db2 users and groups as well as instance name and port in response file, default role variables and tasks.
Remove hardcoded port from databaseUtil.sh script (used to initalize the DB for SPM deployment). Also update call to this script to include port
Create separate profiles and bootstrap files per instance (currently supports multiple db2 copies but only one instance per db2 copy)
