Add JDK17 support on 23.0.0.12. This is for a POC project. Add a new var file: 23.0.0.12-JDK17.yml , it will replace the default JDK8 to JDK17. To use this combination, need to set liberty_version to 23.0.0.12-JDK17 in parent playbook
