For those reviewing - i have noticed 1 minor issue in that there is workflow for DB2 11.5.8 - https://github.com/merative/spm-middleware/actions/runs/8603447136/job/23575358231?pr=74

However this PR adds in 11.5.9 - so PR checks technically not testing the download of that version..
