Custom filename popup

Hey,
I've used ZScreen for ages (and refused to update after 3.36) because someone 
decided to remove one of they key features:
Giving your screenshots custom names without having to click through 10 
tabs/pages.

I hope this will find its way back into ShareX(mod)

Adding some notes to be more precise aka how this should work:

Press Hotkey (Alt + PrintScreen) -> this (and only this) window pops up.
The window has the name-element already selected so you can start writing (as 
where now you can browse / have to click into the name element..)

It's a simple feature that got overengineered, sadly.

I don't know why they don't provide an easy way instead of this:

Plus that doesn't work at all in shareXmod.

Because this allow both renaming filename also be able to change where to save, 
so it is one stone two birds.
