403 returned from all imgur uploads #347

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take cropped screenshot.
2. Attempt Upload.
3. Upload fails.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An uploaded image. An error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.4 / Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Fuck imgur.

Can you write error message. Because i'm contacting with imgur and need to send 
them error message.

Can you try latest ShareX because it using new imgur api.

Latest version seems to bypass the 403, thank you.
