"Stop upload" does not stop the upload immediatelly #374

When you right-click any ongoing upload and then click "Stop upload", nothing 
happens after several seconds (or even minutes), at least with Picasa.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ShareX 7.1.1.390 on Windows 7 Pro x64
