Cropping enhancement #438

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
1. Double click on Crop Tool, selects whole image as a cropping area.
or
2. Allow to make a selection from the outside of the image rectangle:

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

We wouldn't have to look for 0,0 corner while cropping, it's kinda annoying 
when the background and the image has similar backgrounds

You should request this features from Greenshot team i think because i'm not 
planning to add more features to it because already merging etc. too much work.
