shareX on windows startup behavoir #439

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

I want ShareX to start when I start windows, but only in the system tray, not 
the window. Or at least give me the option please

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Not annoy me in the morning.... :-)

If show tray icon is checked in settings. In startup ShareX must start in tray 
and not show window.

Window never showed up in startup for me.
