Post-capture drawing #447

It would be nice with a built-in function for drawing on captured screenshots - 
without using paint. Basically, what I'm requesting is a feature like what 
hyperdesktop has, it enables you to quickly mark something on a screenshot by 
drawing on it.

This feature is present and works cool. Just mark "Annotate image" in a "After 
capture" menu.
