Save settings when upgrading #474

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Every time I update ShareX to the newest version, it loses all my 
settings--hotkeys, what to do after capture, what program to use to edit. It's 
a pain redoing this each time. This should be shared across versions.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Painless update of software.
