Toggle Features don't save. #478

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Take rectangular screen shot
2.Press any of following while taking screenshot to toggle off feature: M or Q 
or I
3.Take another screen shot and it won't save those settings.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should save my settings, if I don't want magnifying glass, I press M. Next 
time I take screenshot it's again there. Same goes with quick capture - Q, it's 
really annoying cause I need to take a lot of screenshots for my work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Version 8.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Before update it was working fine, I'm not sure why it resets my settings after 
update and can't just save them.

Those onscreen settings were not supposed to save at all. However, the new r600 
does support this. Please download the latest release from 
https://code.google.com/p/sharex/downloads/list. r600 is merely an interim 
release that is not available via autoupdate.
