Shift + PgUp hotkey

Hi guys!

You were so kind, to remove Shift+PgUp from default hotkey combination for 
"File Upload", in ShareXmod 7. But that setting returned in ShareX 8. It's a 
little annoying while i trying to select big piece of text in any text editor. 
I think it's very common key combination and disturb a lot of users.

PS: Of course I've disabled it in settings, but i think good to remove from 
defaults.

If i remove default hotkey of it then what peoples gonna do is open hotkey 
settings and add hotkey for it. So still peoples need to open hotkey settings 
window for add it instead change it. So nothing gonna change?
