missing options and commands from previous versions #484

i'm using the 8.1.2.600 version and i can't find the checkbox that stops the 
process after capture so that i can fix the captured area. Also, where did the 
"delete history" button go!

ok, i got the new version 8.2.0.655 and it seems that you guys have again moved 
the allowmoveresizeshapes parameter. Why can't this parameter be a clear 
checkbox like it was in the beginning? Where did you hide it now? i can't 
really find it.

i set the QuickCrop parameter to false but it doesn't work. I also restarted 
the program, but same thing.

When i set it false it allowing me to create multiple regions.

i only need to capture a rectangle area and fix its size before the post 
caption task dialog comes up, and this doesn't happen. Let me try uninstalling 
and deleting all sharex stuff.
