User Settings Reset on Update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Update ShareX

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - User Settings should remain the same following an update.
Actual - User Settings reset after each update.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 8.1
Windows 7 Pro, SP 1

Please provide any additional information below.
I do not want my screen shots to upload, and I use a different hot key than 
default to take rectangle screenshots.  After each of the almost weekly 
updates, I have to go back into settings and reset these settings.  There are 
several other settings that I adjust as well, and each of those reset on update.
