Option to begin rectangle region capture on icon click. #491

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Some sort of option which would allow one of the icons (either the tray or 
quick launch icon) to immediately begin a rectangle region capture when clicked 
on. This is similar in functionality to what the Gyazo application currently 
allows one to do.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
For users who primarily use the rectangular region capture, it's merely a 
convenience option to speed up the capture process. While hotkeys are 
effective, for some I feel this method might offer greater convenience. It's a 
preferential thing, and might be a feature worth considering.

You can middle mouse click to tray icon for start rectangle region.
Left click reserved for open main window and right click reserved for tray menu 
therefore only middle click available for it.
