After Capture Settings Resets on Reboot #494

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make different setting for "After Capture"
2.Close ShareX
3.Run ShareX, settings are changed back to "Save Image to File".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Settings to remain the same.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.1.1 r584 / Windows 7

I can't figure out why peoples settings not saving in reboot. ShareX saving 
settings after closing and Windows must be not allowing settings to save and 
forcing it to close or something like that. But ShareX also saving when you 
minimize it to tray. So you should have minimized it many times anyway. So when 
saving in reboot it must be corrupting or something like that. I can't 
reproduce it.
