Add hotkey support for color picker (and other utils)

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Hotkey for color picker

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Quickly accessing the color picker

There are hotkeys for almost everything else, including screen recorder and 
other features, but not his. For someone who uses it regularly, having to go 
through 4-5 clicks to get it it is painful. While at it, you could add for 
other things such as folder indexer, hash checker, maybe even opening the main 
window.

And please, don't assign any default hotkeys for these. Programs should have 
the least number of global hotkeys as possible. People can add them as needed 
manually.

I prefer to not add default hotkey too because having more hotkey means more 
custom task settings should save which means more slower settings load times.
